With decades of experience in the construction industry, our owner, Caleb Derby, began his career in 2001 framing and building homes. After a brief break to serve our country in the United States Air Force, Caleb worked for Habitat for Humanity, where he grew a home repair program to triple its original capacity. Just before the pandemic, he was overseeing all construction for a Habitat for Humanity affiliate just outside Philadelphia.
When construction slowed and volunteer operations were put on hold during the pandemic, Caleb made the move to Colorado, where he transitioned into the roofing industry. He’s now been proudly serving Colorado communities for over 5 years, bringing the same commitment to quality and service that defined his earlier career.
